I have not received any shoes at the moment

Thank you for your feedback.
Your order was placed on Nov 12, 2023 and it was delivered Nov 14, 2023.
After checking your tracking number it is awaiting collection at ST KILDA ROAD POST SHOP.
I am not sure as to why you haven't gone to collect it.
