Pricing & Payment

Batsanis Online Store only accepts payment via credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal. We do not accept lay-bys, cash on delivery or money order as online payment.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 10%.

Any prices shown online are only valid online at the time shown. We reserve the right to not process an order if there is a clear error in pricing. (i.e. Shoe priced at $19.90 when it is meant to be priced at $199.)

 

International Orders

Batsanis online store ships to New Zealand, Canada, U.S.A, U.K and Malaysia using Australia Post (Pack and Track). Shipping extends to Hong Kong, Philippines and U.A.E using Australia Post (Registered Post International). You can order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that we'll do our best to get your goods to you as quick as we can. It takes just a few days to deliver your order, wherever you are, however we don't like to guarantee exact delivery times due to unexpected delays that could occur with customs etc. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If your shipping destination is not available, please contact us. Keep an eye out here as we include more shipping destinations in the future. Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details.

We will then confirm receipt of your order and attempt to send your goods via Australia Post (see below working days depending on Registered Post (within Australia), Express Post (within Australia) and Australia Post (International));. If goods are unavailable, delivery may take a little longer. You will then receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.

 

We offer three options for shipping your order:

  • Registered Post (Within Australia) (2-10 working days) - FREE, (on orders over $100) tracking available. A secure way of shipping your order.
  • Express Post (Within Australia) (2-4 working days) - $25.00/pair of shoes, tracking available, fast delivery.
  • Australia Post (International) (Track and Pack & Registered Post International) (3 - 14 working days) - Price varies depending on International location. Tracking available for Pack and Track countries only. Signature upon receipt for Registered Post International countries only. If items incur any cost of import tax and duty, the cost will be payable by the customer.
  • PLEASE NOTE PRICES QUOTED FOR SHIPPING ARE BASED ON WEIGHT OF UP TO 1.5kg (1 pair of shoes)

Returns & Exchanges

We do not exchange due to change of mind or otherwise.

We do issue a Credit Note due to change of mind or otherwise.

However, we are happy to exchange your shoes for a different size or a different style and can only be allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase providing that shoes have not been worn and are in the original condition.  Please note, you will be responsible for the associated costs of returning the goods back to us.

If any further changes, any incurred additional costs are to be paid by you.  

This returns policy does not apply to goods; that have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.

Any lost Credit Notes or lost Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed.  These must be treated as cash - if lost, there is nothing our company can do.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Batsanis will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

 

Faulty Goods

    If you believe your goods to be faulty please, please email info@batsanis.com.au to notify us before sending any shoes back, along with proof of purchase receipt for any claim of faulty goods to:

    Batsanis reserves the right to inspect the shoes but does not guarantee that your claim for faulty goods will be accepted.

    Within 5 business working days, your shoes will be assessed; and if your claim is warranted, depending on the circumstance, Batsanis will either choose to; Repair, Replace or provide a Credit Note.

    If we believe your claim to be invalid and the shoes have had fair wear and tear, you will be responsible for the associated costs of returning the goods back to you.

     

    Making a Return

    For change of size (for same style purchased only) it must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Mail shoes/item in original packaging via registered post with your details of purchase (invoice no, Name, Date of Purchase, email address, Postal/Billing addresses, please provide additional notes regarding size for exchange or clear description of faulty item) to:

    • • Batsanis Online Store - P.O BOX 3305 The Pines Shopping Centre, Doncaster East, Victoria 3109;
    • • Please allow up to 14 days for exchanges to be received; &
    • • Please email info@batsanis.com.au to notify us before sending any shoes back for exchange of size or for your claim to be reviewed.

    Product Assessment

    Once we have established proof of purchase, as you can appreciate, we will need to assess the product to determine the nature of the issue and how we can help you, be it a repair, credit note or exchange.

    In these circumstances, we will send the product to the repair agent to determine the issue and its resolution.

    When we send your product to the repair-agent, we will ask them to assess the product and provide their assessment within a reasonable time frame (Usually 5 business days)

    The repair agent will assess the product and determine whether:


    •    There is a minor fault : When the product has suffered a minor fault and the product can be easily repaired,  this will be carried out and the product returned to you within a reasonable time frame.


    •    There is a major fault : If the assessment is that the product has experienced a major fault you may be eligible for one of the following, receive a replacement, repair or credit note.


    •    The product has been damaged through abnormal use: Unfortunately Batsanis cannot offer a refund or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to abnormal use, whether this is identified by Batsanis, or the repair agent.


    If it is identified through the assessment process that there is no fault with the product or that it has been damaged due to misuse, abnormal use or abuse, Batsanis may require you to reimburse us for any costs we have incurred. This may take the form of product assessment fees imposed on us by the repair agent and/or costs in transporting your product to and from the repair agent.

    If I can't find my receipt, can I use a bank statement as proof of purchase instead?

    Unfortunately Batsanis will not accept a bank or credit card statement unless the amount on that statement directly corresponds to the amount at which the product in question was purchased. Where multiple items were purchased in that transaction, it limits our ability to establish proof of purchase. Batsanis cannot provide copies of receipts if lost or misplaced.

    Please Note: When a credit-note is granted, it will be for the original purchase price indicated on the receipt. If you are granted a store credit-note for reason of not having proof of purchase, you will be given a credit-note to the value of the current system price.

      Batsanis regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Batsanis users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.       Collection of Information

      In order to use the Batsanis website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Batsanis is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

       

      Use of Collected Information

      Any details collected from Batsanis customers are required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

       

      Storage of Collected Information

      The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

      Access to Collected Information

      If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us at info@batsanis.com.au.

       

      Orders

      If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

       

      Communications

      Batsanis uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at info@batsanis.com.au. You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.

       

      Third Parties

      Batsanis may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Batsanis does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

       

      Legal

      We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

      If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by Email, or by means of a notice on our homepage.

       

      Batsanis Security Policy

      Batsanis uses the Shopify Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Shopify processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

      All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Shopify gateway are secured payments.

      • • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
      • • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Batsanis or any outside party.
      • • All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
      • • All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Shopify bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
      • • Shopify is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
      • • Shopify at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Batsanis.
