Excellent customer service

I purchased of black velvet loafers and ordered the wrong size. With a few days before the wedding I was concerned replacing my pair of shoes via post was going to be cutting it fine. I rang Jim and he was more than happy to meet me at the warehouse on the same day to replace them in person. Great service and fantastic shoes to boot.
