Pricing & Payment

Batsanis Online Store only accepts payment via credit cards - Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. We do not accept lay-bys, cash on delivery, gift vouchers or money order as online payment.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 10%.

Occassionally, our online pricing may be slightly different than our stores, but we aim to keep these occurrences to a minimum. Any prices shown online are only valid online at the time shown. We reserve the right to not process an order if there is a clear error in pricing. (i.e. Shoe priced at $19.90 when it is meant to be priced at $199.)

 

International Orders

Delivery

WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWay containing your order details.

We will then confirm receipt of your order and attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 2 working days. If goods are unavailable, delivery may take a little longer.
You will then receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.

We offer two options for shipping your order:

Registered Post (1-5 working days) - FREE, tracking available, and a signature upon receipt required. The most secure way of shipping your order.

Express Post (1-2 working days)- $14.95/pair of shoes, tracking available, fast delivery.

Refund & Returns

We do not refund or exchange due to change of mind. However we are happy to exchange your shoes for a different size without charging for a second delivery (Standard Post).

You will be responsible for the associated costs of returning the goods back to us. Any further changes of mind will incur additional costs to be paid by you.

This returns policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Batsanis will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

 

Faulty Goods

Batsanis reserves the right to inspect the shoes. Please allow for a 48 hour inspection period after receipt of returned shoes. Once reviewed by Batsanis, the shoes will either be; Repaired, Replaced, given a Credit Note or Refunded.

 

Making a Return

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Mail shoes/item in original packaging via registered post with your details of purchase (invoice no, Name, Date of Purchase, email address, Postal/Billing addresses, please provide additional notes regarding size for exchange or clear description of faulty item) to:
